THE REAL SHIT
I need fun. A lot of it. If I can’t laugh with the people I work with, I don’t want in. I’m opinionated, and complicated, but I never lose focus. I care so much about the work, and solving problems and doing what’s right, that sometimes it affects my well-being. But, I’m finding balance. I’m loyal AF. Sometimes to my own detriment. I want to focus on the client and the work, not internal drama. 15 years is a long time, and kind of not long at all. I know a lot about branding, and at the same time, feel like I’ll never know enough. WIP.

Organized. Tight project management gives me chills. Creatives need to be organized too.
Creative Direction. Across a diverse range of mediums – threading a vision together.

I’m Nice. Getting along with people is kind of important.
Leadership. From client relationships to motivating team members.
Adaptable. Shit happens. We can either look at it as an opportunity or crawl in a hole.
Curious. Creatively and strategically speaking, I'm a need-to-know type of person.
Action. Waiting for the answer isn't in my blood. Let’s solve a problem now, not later.
Emotional. We create human experiences. My empathy scale is at 100.
Laugh. A good sense of humour is required for survival. I’m funny.
